Yoga & Mindfulness

We offer teachings in yoga & mindfulness in such a way that you can explore all aspects of the practice, from restorative or vinyasa yoga to mindfulness & meditation.  We leave it to you to choose how far you wish to delve into the practice or philosophy – but we are there to share guidance, support and knowledge.

Fitness

We provide personalised fitness and exercise coaching, appropriate for you and your goals.  Our aim is to make it fun, while you get the results you seek. We challenge you physically but we also treat you and your body with compassion, kindness and encourage you to explore ways of enjoying movement as part of your life (no punishment here).

We believe nothing beats exercising outdoors, and we work creatively to find ways to make this possible - in all seasons.

 
 

Real Food Nutrition

Our intention at Camberry is to help you reach a place where you can make informed decisions about what you eat - so you don’t live your life consulting a plan. Eating healthily becomes second nature and part of your day-to-day life, and most importantly - enjoyable.
