Our focus is not (just) to get you ‘beach ready’ (although of course we want you to feel good about how you look!) – our true aim is to support you in GETTING YOU BACK TO YOU, physically, mentally, emotionally. So whether you’re coming back from a health scare, wish to lose weight, tone up, find a work/life balance or introduce ways to de-stress, our lifestyle coaching is designed so you feel supported step by step throughout your journey.

Initial pre-coaching consultation
Face to face and remote support, with a personalised service, from the exercises you do, to the coaching and advice you receive.
We provide nutrition support, education resources, behaviour change tips and recipes - as and when you need it.
Motivational support and regular ‘check ins’ to help you stay on track.
Face to face coaching can include behaviour change sessions, goal setting, yoga, mindfulness & well-being, fitness and green living or healthy cooking workshops.

We predominantly offer Lifestyle Coaching as part of our retreats, however we are based in Wiltshire and private 1:1 & 2:1 Lifestyle Coaching or Personal Training* is available upon request (*PT Pricing). Fly solo or team up with a friend, partner or meet a new lifestyle change buddy!
